1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is accepted by the vendor or dispatched for delivery.
Once the order is confirmed and out for delivery, cancellation will not be allowed.
In case the order is canceled by manaurumarket.in due to unavailability or technical reasons, you will receive a full refund.
2. Refunds
If you cancel a prepaid order before vendor confirmation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are subject to transaction verification and may take additional time based on your payment provider.
3. Returns and Replacements
If you receive a wrong, expired, or damaged product, you must report it within 1 hour of delivery via our website or customer support.
After verification, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock availability and situation.
Product return requests are handled fairly and promptly, in line with your consumer rights under Indian law.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Orders canceled after dispatch or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability will not be refunded.
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or replacement.
